Help! Random MS folders on desktop can't delete! [SOLVED]

I didn't do anything they just randomly appeared but I got rid of them as posted in the thread you didn't bother to read. It's fixed thanks for a useless post that contributed nothing.

I mean the look of it in general not the random folder.
