Nope, not volunteers. But offering only the services every single person need on constant basis, like infraestructure, army, police, judicial system, etc. Everything else makes very little sense for you to pay 30 years and not use.

Is this remark about killing brow people an attempt of some type of attack against USA?

I live in Brazil where my taxes go to the congressman pockets.

But I see it funny that you don't understand that the prerogative of taking out power and money from the government and returning it to the population. You only summarize it to keep paying the same amount but getting less in return.

Healthcare isn't needing on a constant basis? Is that what you're actually saying?

I've never called the police in my entire life, but you're not gonna catch me saying because I don't use them all the time that they shouldn't be covered by tax..

Nope you don't need the healthcare system in its entirety for the most part of your life... and that is why healthcare plans are quite cheap between 10 and 35 years even more for man... the odds that a male on this age bracket go to the doctor are minimal.

You may never called the police (I haven't as well), but without their routine monitoring, traffic control and accident evacuation, etc on a daily basis you would have chaotic situation.
