It's only for MH launch for Japan. They don't really want home consoles there and it's not after 4 years of being released that it will suddenly surpass the Switch forever when it was never doing really well.

Switch is out of stock in Japan, there hasn't been any big releases since December 1st (which wasn't even big in Japan so since Mario Odyssey). I'm 100% sure it will get back on top and Ps4 will sink under 40k a week pretty quickly. Switch will have highs and lows till next Fiscal year I think.
