I'd say that's too much, over the past 3 quarters (so since March 31st) it's shipped just 610k. With the latest quarter (when ultra released) just 140k despite being the holidays.
With the decline of the 3ds and ultra I don't see it shipping much more than another 500k, it could reach 17m but I think it's an outside chance.
Q4 2016 - 14.69m
Q1 2017 - 0.75m
Q2 2017 - 0.23m
Q3 2017 - 0.24m
Q4 2017 - 0.14m
I don't see any reason for it's shipments to increase, nor stop declining
