I think in most cases if they can agree a deal with the league then they can include all clubs in the league, really depends on how the leagues are set up though and it varies from country to country. There's still a bunch of leagues that FIFA doesn't have though, proving that they really do need to work things out individually for each one. PES has exclusive rights to the Brazillian league for example, and up until a couple years ago also had the Japanese league exclusively. I'm really hoping EA work out a deal with the Chinese league soon though, would love to have that in the game! |
