It's only on PS4 and PC now. There;s been speculation it could come to the Switch, but nothing is confirmed right now and even if it does the release date could be far in the future. Given Xenoverse 2's relatively high sales on the Switch and the general demand for Fighter Z to come over I'd be very surprised if it doesn't come to the Switch at some point, but there's no telling when it would be announced, let alone come out. So unless you're willing to hedge your bets and wait for a confirmation that a Switch version is in the works the PS4 is the only way to go right now.
