Then that is the reason why I can't see it sell more than 10million on PS4, XB1 and PC alone. 

PS4pro (resolution mode) mostly 30-40 fps.  (it usually ran wose on the normal 3ds models, in MH games)
PS4pro (frame rate mode) mostly 40-50 fps.
PS4slim mostly 28-35 fps (its in the more demanding scenes it goes below 30)

Performance seems fine.
The 3DS MH games ran worse in general.
