I dont think thats 100% true. Many AAA games will likely be VR only in the future. its already happening.
Want to play the new Until Dawn prequel "the inpatient"? Only with VR.
I can see COD and GTA beeing the same as soon as VR beeing the mandatory plattform most people game on.
