Not who, what. It is a good indicator of the various stages of dementia/Alzheimer's.
I don't think anyone questions the fact that Drumpf is a narcissist. Whether he is a compulsive liar is anyone's guess, maybe he actually believes in the bullshit he is sputing every day, every hour. It's not like anyone in his immediate entourage has the guts to correct him on his "facts".
