non-verbal cues can be clear, like if i nod for yes or shake my head for no

i think for the most part people that think he's guilty of something are saying its sexual assault

So you are not ready to call her a liar, but is read to call him a rapist? I must have missed those classes of innocent until proven guilty.

Non-verbal cue can be clear, but how would you know if the ones she gave were? If he was disregarding her cues and is a rapist why would he stop when she said no, why would she stay hugged with him while waiting for the cab, why would she call later?
