this means that when she expressed non-verbal cues indicating that she didn't want his advances then he should have backed off

instead of doing that he continued anyway, because his personal gratification was more important than this woman's wellbein


He didn't force himself on her to gratify himself, I mean he stopped as soon as she said NO. Nobody is an expert in non-verbal cues in that type of situation, much less if she had no issue doing oral. If she didn't want none of that, why didn't she state so before things got to the point?
