I'm sorry but... regardless of policy or the rubbish that comes out his mouth..
He is not healthy. physically and I would imagine mentally.
Mentally ill =/= Stupid.
He isn't stupid, he may sound it but he isn't, Whatever is going on in that mans head makes him unstable.
