It's obviously just a meme.
This is probably going to end up on r/hapas so watch out OP. You are going to forever be labeled a racist by their community. I've been banned twice on r/hapas for being too alt-right with my immigration policies, and refusing to self dox my 1/4 asian ass (my paternal grandfather). Just surfing there I read many a threads about anger over Asian penis jokes. I would say we should stop spreading unscientific memes like this because it just offends people to silly levels. Offensive memes should all be scientific. :)
