X1 have been able to keep up with X360 for most of the time, and as you said PS4 is ahead of PS3.
So yes, PS4+WiiU+X1 is under PS3+Wii+X360, which doesn't mean the market have shrunk, just mean the one time owners of the Wii were just that.
