I honestly dont get you. People on Larry's/Greenberg twitter were asking to bring the Duke back, Seamus one of the founding fathers saw the amount of tweets and a third party company said, well if you want we make a design. Microsoft accepted the design and gave the third party company the greenlight to make it.
I think it's great and 70$ is certainly not overpriced for something that probably ship at most 100k and is made for the fans. You may call it a collection control just like special collection editions are made for games that cost 150$ or more that comes with some artbook and a figurine.
