My expectations are probably too high, but I'm really hoping we'll get the option for 3D movement around the battlefield in addition to an overhead tactical view, kind of like how things work in Valkyira Chronicles. 

I'll still be happy with just 2D grid based movement though, as long as the 3D battles look great.

Personally, I like FE how it is.
Just give it a bigger budget, and I am satisfied.
