Having the PL back will obviously by a tremendous help as all of the calculations will be automated. Hard to remember ALL of the details of how it all worked, but I believe all the PL Admin had to do was pick and choose which games to be included in the week's event. So that's how it is. kirby007 is considered to receive a promotion despite ~100 temporary bans and ~50 permabans spread across several dozens of accounts, but I couldn't possibly be trusted.
