Which is not irrelevant... For the record: I mean multiplat sales on a single console (in this case the PS4), not the total amount of sales across all platforms. 

Nintendo has exclusives that sell as good as those titles you mentioned (on a single platform of course)... Pokémon, 3D Mario, 2D Mario, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., Animal Crossing, etc. 

Only on Nintendo platforms are exclusives the major driving force behind sales. 

As Evidenced by the success of N64, GC and WiiU
