I always prefer physical, but see the conveniences of Digital. I go physical first always, but if I have to do digital for whatever reason, I do not really care one way or another.

Unless it is a Zelda game. I have at least one physical version of every canon/non-canon game in my collection (including CD-i). This is my only exception to the not caring rule.
