But you know that when you yourself already say that if aligned differently PS4 may not reach 100M before PS2 then there is no point in people going and doing that to dismiss the sales of PS4, same with Switch if fanbase points out it is outselling 3DS aligned and even though it is ahead of Wii so far it will probably end lower.

I wasn't the one talking about alignment, that was someone else (I'm way to lazy to look it up). But whatever, I just wanted to point out that the opinions in VGC are diverse and obviously Sony was making most of their success and failure alone (as did the others). The only thing about competition is, that with working competition your failures hurt more than without.

I was the one to bring it before anyone else brought... but on any thread that talk about the speed of sales of PS4 someone will try to dismiss it by aligning per region PS2 to say it smoke PS4 on speed.

And sure, strong competition can make your life harder.
