On a ten point review scale, what number should represent an average game?

Yeah, but ignoring 10 is taking away one option, so you end up with a 9 point scale. It just makes no sense.

It's like a sports team, the max number of wins an NBA team can have is 82 in theory, but in practice it's never happened.
