No one said it didn't matter, it's just not as important as most of you here seem to think it is... Otherwise sales of these exclusives (Persona 5, Nioh, Nier, etc.) would be A LOT higher. Persona 5 barely scraped past a million.   *edit: This is factually wrong.

Just a FYI its over 2.1m now (P5).... they did a twitter post or something thanking people for getting it over 2m some time ago.

Nioh did 1m+ in less than 2weeks of sales (not sure what its at atm).

Back in Early September Nier Automata past 2m sales as well (3months ago).

 

Pretty sure all 3 of those are gonna end up atleast 2.5 - 3m sales.
