Which is irrelevant, as big multiplats (FIFA/COD/GTA) always sell better than exclusives. Does not change the importance of in-house titles.

Which is not irrelevant... For the record: I mean multiplat sales on a single console (in this case the PS4), not the total amount of sales across all platforms. 

Nintendo has exclusives that sell as good as those titles you mentioned (on a single platform of course)... Pokémon, 3D Mario, 2D Mario, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., Animal Crossing, etc. 

Only on Nintendo platforms are exclusives the major driving force behind sales.
