Yes, but the lawmakers in most countries in the world are assholes themselves (and very aware of that), so they would never bring such a law, would only hurt themselves I'm afraid.

Well, they could just exempt themselves from that rule like they usually do. Of course it would be extremely ironic, but what laws aren't these days.
