Congrats to Sony, it is a big accomplishment. That being said, I will still continue to think of the 3DS as having the more impressive sales figures: the 3DS has over 80% of the handheld market-share and has managed to do well in an era when smartphones should have made the traditional handheld long obsolete. I honestly did not think that 70 million would be possible for the 3DS three years ago and there is absolutely no technological reason for people to be buying one in 2017. The PS4 is a goliath and is expected to do well, but the 3DS is a hopeless underdog in it's market and is still surviving.
