So you think because you make more money than your wife, you have control? Boy do you have a lot to learn. All major expenses must be discuss and agreed upon by both parties. You cant just justify making a big purchase because you make more money. I do make more money than my wife, but i will never think the way you do. I think this more fucked up than what im doing. Items like gaming consoles, stereo equipment, TV's are to most women are not a necessity so they will tend to debate with you if its a reasonable purchase. This is why some guys have a hard time justifying those purchase. My method is not to be dishonest with my wife, but for me to buy some thing that is not a necessity without her trying to justify me not buying it. Here's an analogy. When i take my niece out to buy her a toy, she would ask for barbie doll. To me, all barbie dolls are the same. So i will tell, "But you have one of those already, why do you need another one?". But to my niece, its a different doll. Most wives think the same. Husband wants to buy a PS4, but the wife will be like, "Dont you have something like that already, the Xbox?". To them a console is just a console, they dont really know the difference, all they care about is that they both play video games. So to them, its not a good justification to buy another. |
Eeeer... still manipulating her isn't good at all. If you have the money and the wish you rather talk to her... because it seems like she doesn't really care about buying dozen of shoes or bags.

Sorry man, dont know where youre from or your culture, but when someone teeels me "wife always wins" or "husbands always have the final word, which is yes ma'm" I automatically think it is a joke, but ok, lets move on. |
I'm Brazilian LoL, I know the joke. Still there is a difference between the punch line "wife always win" and admitting in 8 years of marriage you have never won.
