Little has been said on what Microsoft has in store for us in 2018, but, I suspect the best exclusives might actually comes from indie titles. Xbox one X is now home to the best consoles 3rd party games it even improves Xbox 360 games and I think they made a better job on showing why Xbox one X is good for people with only a 1080p TV.
