That's a big piece of the puzzle that people either ignore or miss, these games don't sell much outside of Japan, and Xbox users for the most part don't give a crap about Japanese games. You can't miss what you don't want. I mean, I'm sure I'm missing out on a whole lot of awesome soccer by not paying for the Super Duper Xtreeeeeme Club Premiere Soccer Extravaganza my cable company provides, but if I don't give a shit about soccer, then I'm really not missing much.
MS got away fine with little Japanese stuff last gen mostly because they dominated in the US. This gen their fuck ups with Xbone helped Sony overtake them here, that's what MS is concerned about. Not missing out on some Japanese stuff.
