As we’ve already informed you, a new major version of CEMU has been released to all Patreon members. CEMU 1.11.3 adds support for multi-threaded CPU emulation, thus improving overall performance on a variety of PC systems. And below you can find Bayonetta 2, Pokken Tournament, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Zelda: The Wind Waker HD running with 60fps.

Now here is a nice Christmas surprise. Modders ‘Remiros’ and ‘Greatness7’ have released an optimization mod for Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. According to the modders, this mod significantly improves performance in outdoor environments and packs improved shading effects for trees and flora.

Bluehole Studio has released the first patch for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. According to the release notes, this update changes the map selection ratio and adjusts the replay system so that players can only view game replays from 3 minutes after death.

We took the first episode of the retro-FPS Dusk for a test drive back in August and really liked what we saw: "An ode to and evolution of the greatest era of FPS level design," as we said in our preview. The original plan to give that episode to people who preordered the game, and then hook them up with the remaining two when Dusk was complete. But just ahead of Christmas, publisher New Blood Interactive announced that it will instead go through a more conventional Early Access process on Steam.

The fantasy MMO Dark Age of Camelot has been around since 2001, even through the demise of original developer Mythic Entertainment in 2014. "Gaming Disorder" may soon be classified as an addictive behavior by the World Health Organization, which listed it alongside gambling disorder in a beta draft of its International Classification of Diseases for 2018. The proposed diagnosis has been listed under "disorders due to substance use or addictive behaviors," and is further detailed as "mental and behavioral disorders that develop as a result of the use of predominantly psychoactive substances, including medications, or specific repetitive rewarding and reinforcing behaviors."
