try google about ipc in cpu, clock is not all, try google about gpgpu, and finally try google to how a game frame is done in a computer. and the cpu is powerpc or x86, gpu is about pascal, vega and etc. jaguar is weak cpu, ryzen is too more powerfull, sony dont need cell.
