That is a bit beyond my point.

Most problems can be solved, yes, but in my opinion Valve needs to start investing in their store, not marketing, and the first thing they should do is hire more people to review all the game submits to get rid of the trash that flood the store. Once they have that under control, the rest of the problems can be easily solved.

But the biggest problem right now is that Valve either doesn't see that as a problem or, much worse than that, has decided to not face the problem head on and instead is trying to solve it with small patches that just don't work.
