Steam's issues are not necessarily real issues.
Most of the problems people have with Steam can more or less be solved. with marketing!
I am not sure Valve has the social skills to pull that off though.
Steam still needs a UI overhaul and algorithm teaks and such.
That is a bit beyond my point.
