I was just wondering what could be the "desperate moves" someone hinted at in another thread.
Supposing for argument's sake that it's true, how much MS will lose this time? 1 billion like with Zune? 4 billions like with XBox1? An undisclosed sum accounting for R&D and whichever else costs they can in another report item, say "Corporate Level Activity", like they did for XBox 360?
Handheld isn't an easy market and Sony has done first what could be done to differentiate its console from the ruler, DS, and manage to create a smaller, but still big and respectable market for it.
Should MS, to differentiate from the others, play the card of HD graphics, on devices with so small displays, it would make its failure even more costly, like it was an epic failure pay TV on cellphones.
