Nobody denies that the Palestinians waged an armed conflict against Israel but how does that justify kicking them out of THEIR OWN LAND ? Did the Americans feel justified in kicking out the Japanese out of their own land when they waged war against them ?
UN rules the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory to illegal, end of story. Your utopia of a so called "Union" such as the EU will crumble soon enough into internal conflict if a higher body like the UN is struggling to prevent conflict between two tiny sovereign states ...
