They didn't want it on their store and OP was having a fit over it (like always when it comes to PC/Japanese related content). 

So it shouldn't be accepted on the first place or it should have been communicated to the dev the changes needed. Also the accusatory last e-mail can lead then to sues.

Either way, it's not being accepted as an end result. Had they not accepted him beforehand, Ruler would have very much made the thread regardless and the same talks would still be going on.

I don't see him suing and winning millions from Valve.
