If a new girl is included, then whatever the ending she brings isn't neutral, but neither falls in the scale of Blue/Red Good/Normal/Bad. The new girl in Persona 4 Golden, and the Social Link with the Hunger were implemented, but ultimately changed nothing of the current plot. I can't see a third girl being implemented in a similar fashion, so we'll have to wait and see.

Well, apparently you can switch between the original version of the story, and the new one:
"Players will also be able to switch between the old version of the story and the new one. "
