14. Metal Gear Solid 2. I loved the boss battles in this game, and the story too. The Tanker mission was very excellent, probably one of the best starts to a video video game ever. This is one of the games I think that has gotten better with time with the War on Terror that has happened since, and the repeal of net neutrality.
Hint for #13: A game that revitalized a genre.
