Really hoping you're correct about this as MHW doesn't look to have a legitimate reason not to be 60fps.

It's weird. Had I just seen trailers I might argue and say it's one of the best looking games right now. After playing the demo though, ehhhh ... the fine details aren't so fine. It's certainly still really technically advanced but not as good as I was expecting
