Just a tip for people to try out when in battle a good bit of tech to try out is the AA move cancel, when your auto attack connects lightly tap the analogue stick and your character will move just slightly this cancels the rest of the AA hit animation and you character will begin attacking again. When repeated your character can rapidly attack which also fills up your arts quicker.

There is food which automatically refills your arts gauge automatically every second. Just give them to everyone in your party and you don't have to worry of waiting for an art to be ready. I used this and a healing Blade and spammed healing potions until I could beat them.
