Oh that's a good one. My #1 tip for today is only keep blades that match what you want your driver to do. Your healing driver should only have healing blades. Your attacking driver should only have attacking blades, etc. This is because when you send jobber blades on merc missions they often level up giving your driver "ideas". Ideas determine the likely hood of pulling different drivers. This helps avoid getting the wrong blades stuck on your drivers. You don't want to unlock a really good attacker blade for your healer driver.
Also, in a barrel behind the factory (the one where all the crates move in and out on a ski-lift) in Mordian there is an overdrive protocol. There's only 3 in the game and they are the only way to change blades to different drivers.
