I'd say PS4, seeing as there are quite a few games I'm looking forward to on it.
Yakuza 6, God of War, Shadow of the Colossus all look really solid. Hell, even Dreams seems to be shaping up to be really special (if it releases in 2018).
When comparing it to 2017 I feel there are now many more games people fully expect to be good, rather than a lot of unknowns such as Nier, Nioh or even Horizon to a point.

I'm confident in Nintendo, though I feel it's impossible they could ever top their 2017. They tend to announce games closer to release anyway, so we'll just have to see.
I could honestly live with a calmer year, fewer games would actually give me a chance to expand my Switch's indie library.

As for XBox... well, they are at least releasing games this year, which is an improvement, I would say.
None of them look especially good though.
Let me clarify: Sea of Thieves looks like it could be good, but I'm not sure about its longevity (plus I won't pay for Xbox's online). From the trailers, it looks like it has a solid gameplay loop (find/steal trasure, bring it back to base) but not much else.
CrackDown 3 and State of Decay 2 seem to exist more as bullet-points on a spreadsheet than as games anyone is actually looking forward to play
However, I'll happily download Ori 2... on my laptop
