Customers have to figure out how to hook  an xbox to their t.v., setup an xbox live account, how to navigate to find the game and download, ect. I 'm pretty sure they can figure out how to press a few buttons. We live in an era where people can figure out stuff thanks to the internet. Reddit already spreading the news as well as major gaming media sites.

Yes people having to connect their consoles to the TV is so much equal to then having to debug and correct the mistakes of the dev.
