Well the fact that others have it even worse doesn't make this right. It isn't the job of costumers to discover how to make the game work.

Customers have to figure out how to hook  an xbox to their t.v., setup an xbox live account, how to navigate to find the game and download, ect. I 'm pretty sure they can figure out how to press a few buttons. We live in an era where people can figure out stuff thanks to the internet. Reddit already spreading the news as well as major gaming media sites.
