You are putting an awful lot of credit and hope on the shoulders of people in Congress and the Supreme Court, who have done very little over the last several years alone, to prove that they care one single bit about things that affect the little guy. In fact, they have repeatedly passed and upheld laws and rules in favor of big companies. This is just that continuing.
I'd love for you to be right about it being shot down. But I don't have that kind of faith our our "leaders" anymore.
