I don't think we need to panic just yet... this has really raised public awareness of the tactics cable companies might use without net neutrality, and polls show that members of both parties (non-politicians that is) are overwhelmingly against ending it.

Counterpunches are already being thrown, including a multi-state lawsuit that the NY Attorney General has started putting together.

This is yet another example, though, of why things need be done legislatively, and of how the executive branch has come to hold far too much authority. That something so important with such widespread impact can be decided by an unelected group of five people which, mind you, also allows congressmen to wash their hands of whatever happens there, is absurd.
