Could be many things, but if by "amazing, memorable and catchy" soundtrack you also mean "overrated and flawed" (as they usually go hand in hand), I'm gonna go with a Mega Man game. But really, which one could it be? There's like a million choices, but well, I guess I'll just say Mega Man 2 as it's the default pick.

You are correct, I knew someone would get Mega Man even if all I mentioned was the music.
