Then black folks in poor hoods should be forced to remove any metal bars over their home windows too...or have them be made of cardboard. If the ordinance passes, I hope all the hood stores close up and leave those areas with no stores at all. Then folks might vote those obvious morons out who decided safety is a racist concept.
