Unlike the Champions League there's no home and away game for each team in the Youth League's knock-out fase, instead there's just a single game. The 8 winners will join Basel, Bayern München, Chelsea, Barcelona, Liverpool, Manchester City, Porto and Tottenham Hotspur in the Round of 16.
