They weren't "offered" it, the UN vote didn't even involve Palestine as they weren't part of the UN. Atrocities have been committed by both sides.

Yes, they were. Have been offered land back several times.IIt was Israel that offered, not the UN.

Obviously there are no innocent parties in the war but fuck me. One is certainly worse than the other.
