So, as we all probably know, there is a very difficult situation in the Middle East right now regarding what to do with Israel and the Palestinian territories. There are a few large proposals that are in place:

- The two-state solution: This is the most talked about one, and it tends to involve separate Jewish and Palestinian states. Now, the exact boundaries are a hot topic, especially Jerusalem,  which is either an independent city, a split city, or an entirely Israeli city.

- The annexation: This one concerns the annexation of Palestinian territories into the Jewish Israeli state. This would mean that a vast number of Arabs would be within the state, so in order to keep the current control I assume that they would be denied full rights

- The multinational state: This talks of a unification of Israel and Palestine into a multinational state, where both citizens are given full rights. This I assume would be done in a federative system

Now, if we're strictly thinking of these three, I would support the latter. The reason being that many Arabs in Israel would probably feel compelled to move into Palestinian territory or Jews in Palestinian territories would feel the same, which evokes the sense of forced relocation or ethnic cleansing of the territories. The annexation is just hugely discriminatory against the Palestinians, so that would not last long with such a huge population that is being mistreated.

Now, none of these are perfect. Each have issues. But I just wanted to hear what you guys thought.
